Firemain and HVAC systems engineering in a regulated shipbuilding environment at Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd.
Designed for the shipyard.
I supported the design of firemain and HVAC systems for 120 m, 7,700-tonne vessels. The work demanded system performance, drawing accuracy, physical integration and controlled technical documentation, all within client, shipyard and classification requirements.

Contribution
- Evaluated compartment demand, pressure and flow requirements, equipment capacities and physical constraints to support component selection.
- Modelled firemain and HVAC performance in FluidFlow against specified operating requirements.
- Prepared and revised 2D general-arrangement and subsystem drawings in AutoCAD.
- Resolved spatial clashes through revisions to piping routes, equipment locations and fittings.
- Assisted with technical reports, specifications, QA plans, GRAQ documentation and Factory Acceptance Test procedures.
